The Pastoral Team
Pastor Nkechi Ene

Pastor Nkechi Ene, a full time minister of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, is the Pastor and President of The Carpenter’s Ministry. Having met Pastor Charles, a few weeks into the inception of the ministry in 1990, she served subsequently as the Associate to Pastor Charles Omofomah until he went home in glory in 2013.

She was born in Accra, Ghana and spent most of her early years in Lagos, Western Nigeria. She is a graduate of The University of Nigeria, Nsukka with a First Class Honours Degree in Electronics Engineering. She began her career in the oil industry before she answered the call into the ministry. She has inspired many into taking the bold step to discover and enter into God’s purpose for their lives with her switch from a well-paying Engineering career in the oil industry to the ”most fulfilling job of all” that of being a full time minister of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Pastor Kech [as she is fondly called] is a woman of God who pursues a passion for excellence in the things of God with transparency and tireless dedication. Truly a “mother in Israel” her love for God’s people is at the centre of her heartbeat to see them move from one level of glory to the next as they apply the same principles she lives by which she learnt under Pastor Charles and now teaches to millions on Freshdew.

Pastor Nkechi (nee Chijioke) is anointed to prophetically teach the Word of God with grace expressed in clarity and charisma. She is married to Emeka Ene, an Engineering Executive and they are blessed with two daughters, Zoe and Chloe and also with an adopted daughter, Tracy.

Pastor Sola Akinwale

Pastor Sola Akinwale, a full time minister of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, is the Associate Pastor of The Carpenter’s Church. He became the Associate Pastor in January 2014 having served faithfully for several years as an Assistant Pastor. He was born in Ibadan and spent most of his early years in the United Kingdom.

He holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. Himself a pioneer alumnus [Class of 2005] of the Ekklesia: School of Local Church, Pastor Sola has an inspiring grace to teach the Word of God. His God given ability to open up truths in the Word of God, bringing people to a clear understanding of those truths is a hallmark of his ministry. He has aptly been described as a “true son indeed” and a “chip off the old block” by his fathers, Pastor Charles and Pastor Nkechi. He is married to Kitoye (nee Rukari) a management assistant.

The Zonal Assistant Pastors
The Carpenter’s Church currently has five Zonal Assistant Pastors. They are:

Pastor Chuks Okafor

The Pastors, all full time ministers of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ are all alumni [Class of 2012/2013] of Ekklesia School of Local Church.

In 2013, The Carpenter’s Church was functionally categorized into a Zonal Structure of five mega zones with each mega zone made up of about 8 or 9 Family Outreach Groups (FOGs) split into three zones. The mega zones are: Praise, Passion, Productivity, Purpose and Power. The zones are: Choba, Location, D-Line, [Praise Mega-Zone]; Mgbuoba, Artillery, Wimpey [Passion Mega-Zone]; Rumuokoro, Rumuolumeni, Rumuola [Productivity Mega-Zone]; The Carpenters, Rumuokwuta, Abuloma [Purpose Mega-Zone]; Elioparanwo, Woji, Agip [Power Mega-Zone].
Each Zone is supervised directly by a zonal Assistant Pastor and the members assigned to FOGs in that Zone have their Zonal Pastor as the first point of contact for pastoral care.

The Assistant Pastors also man the telephone line 0700-TCCCARE which can be used for quick emergency access during office hours. Certain cases are obviously escalated where necessary to the Associate Pastor and/or the Presiding Pastor.
