Joy to My Family The following testimony is real and genuine but the picture used here is symbolic

Joy to My Family

My Mum had to travel out to the United Kingdom in order to attend my brother's convocation ceremony. He made a first class degree and it was a thing of joy for us in the family. The ceremony was to hold on the 25th of March 2010. She sent in her papers on time to the United Kingdom High Commission for visa, but the 26th of March was approved as her visa collection date. Of course that date was of no use at all considering the reason for her trip.

She called me that night in tears and told me of the date and I tried calming her down and told her that it was a set up for God's glory. We prayed about it and believed God for a change of date. When I woke up the next day, I reminded God of His Word to the church that, “we have divine advantage.” I also reminded Him of the word of His prophet, Pastor Sola Kolade who told us during Discovering Treasures 2010 that, “What took others ten years to achieve would take us ten minutes.” After praying and praising God, I had peace.

Thirty minutes later, my Mum called me excitedly to say that the High Commission just informed her that she had been given a new date. This did not happen naturally. Indeed weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. I give God glory for His wonderful works.
