Departments

Members of the local assembly (The Carpenter's Church) are encouraged to join departments in church where they have a calling or giftings.

The departments provide an opportunity for members to participate in the work of the ministry, creating an avenue for the Lord to pour out His blessing upon them.

Evangelism Department

The ministry of true evangelism is the ministry of reaching sinners out where they are with the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Evangelism is the fulfilling of the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In TCC the Evangelism Department focuses on personal evangelism (one on one evangelism).

Follow-Up Team

Follow-up is the act of nurturing a new-born baby Christian with the sincere milk of God's Word to ensure that the baby not only 'survives' but also grows.

The aim of the Follow-Up team is to get the new convert to the stage where he or she is ready to stand and learn to grow on his own as a Christian.

Maintenance Department

The Maintenance department consists of the Cleaning, Decorating, Tent Maintenance and Gardening teams. The team keeps the main church auditorium, toilets and the general environment clean and tidy in addition to decorating the church ahead of regular meetings and scheduled programs.

Prayer Squad

TCC's Prayer Squad has a specific purpose:
* 1.To stand in the gap and offer intercessory prayers in the Spirit for the local church.
* 2.The Prayer Squad is a place to develop consistency, steadfastness, selflessness, and tireless perseverance, which are the characteristics of a true prayer champion.

Public Address Department (Power, Light, and Sound)

The Public Address (PA) Department-Sound team is responsible for maintaining TCC's audio-visual electronic equipment and for operating the equipment during TCC programmes and services. The PA department is also responsible for reproducing messages into tapes.

The Public Address Department-Power team is primarily responsible for maintaining an uninterrupted electric power supply and distribution of electricity within Greenville.

Protocol Department

The Protocol Department consists of the Greeters and Ushers and the Security Teams.

As their name suggests, the Greeters and Ushers extend our sense of family to newcomers and existing members with a warm welcome and constant care throughout the service.

The Security Team sacrificially stay outside throughout the service to ensure that the vehicles are properly parked and watched out for as much as possible.

The Publicity Team is responsible for publicity of our scheduled programs and events.

Praise & Worship Team

The Praise and Worship team focuses on ministering towards GOD and leading God's people to worship and praise Him in Spirit and in Truth.

Membership in this team is by appointment of the Presiding and Associate Pastors only.
